The class flow

Gentle from start to finish.

Each class follows the same gentle rhythm — predictable enough that little ones (and mums) know what to expect, with enough room for each little person to set their own pace.

• Welcome & settle. Soft music, a chance to find your mat, and a hello song to ease everyone in.
• Sensory invitation. A simple, age-appropriate play setup — open-ended materials, no pressure, no overstimulation.
• Connection moments. Songs, mirroring, and prompts that turn ordinary play into "serve and return" interaction.
• Free exploration. Time for little ones to follow their curiosity, while mums chat or simply rest.
• Gentle close. A familiar goodbye song, and a calm transition out the door.

Who it's for

Little ones 3–12 months and their mums.

If your little one cries, clings, feeds, naps, or simply watches — that's all welcome here. There's no "doing it right." The class is designed to flex around your little one's mood and stage.

Classes are kept small so the room stays quiet, the connection stays meaningful, and no one feels lost in the shuffle.

What to bring

Just yourself and your little one.

Mats, sensory materials, props, and music are all set up and ready. We've thought about the small things so you don't have to.

• Comfortable clothes you can sit on the floor in
• A water bottle, if you'd like one
• A muslin or burp cloth — whatever your little one usually needs
• A pram parking spot is available just outside the room
